We designed and successfully executed Pernod Ricard Gulf’s corporate office overlooking the JAFZA port, creating a modern workspace that reflects transparency, sophistication, and the legacy of its global brands.
The site’s complex geometry was resolved through a strong central island that anchors the layout and balances the arc and trapezoidal form. Dual glass façades flood the office with natural light, offering uninterrupted views while ensuring every workspace benefits from daylight.
Boardrooms, meeting rooms, and staff hubs are strategically placed to maintain privacy without disrupting flow. Open ceilings with exposed services create an industrial, spacious character, while a wooden baffle ceiling highlights the central island as both an acoustic and visual focal point.
